Laurie - Owner and Principal Designer

Laurie is the creative force behind Staged. With a remarkable eye for design and an innate talent for visualization, Laurie has dedicated many years to redesigning, decorating, and staging homes. Her expertise extends from new construction and renovation to flipping properties, always embracing challenges with enthusiasm and a commitment to seeing each project through to a stunning finish.

Laurie's background in design, combined with her understanding of current trends and real estate dynamics, allows her to craft perfect "staged" settings that help potential buyers envision themselves in a space. Her goal is simple: to create a welcoming environment where buyers can imagine their future, leading to quicker sales and higher offers.

Laurie’s approach to staging goes beyond simply arranging furniture; she tailors each design to fit the unique characteristics of your home, ensuring that every detail resonates with your target market. Her professional, empathetic nature shines through in every project, offering invaluable support during what can often be a stressful and overwhelming process.

Jonathan - Head of Operations

Jonathan, a Caymanian born and raised, and Laurie were happily married in 2009. Renowned for his ability to fix almost anything along with his deep local knowledge and community connections, he brings so much added value to our services. You can find Jonathan at the store on weekends, offering a friendly face and personal touch in the shop. 

Together, Laurie and Jonathan balance their professional lives with family time, raising two wonderful children. Laurie’s formal education in design and their shared commitment to excellence are the cornerstones of Staged.
